Why not just use an award search tool?
Use one — we do too. A search tool shows the space it last found; your consultation adds what it can’t: the programs and phone-only partner seats it misses, our own scans of the busiest routes, when a route tends to release seats, a live check before any point moves, and the fare we can negotiate for the same seat.
Do I need to share my loyalty account logins?
Not for the consultation. The questionnaire asks which programs you hold and roughly how many points — nothing more. If you’d like us to book, we agree the plan with you first, and no points move until you approve it.
I only have 50,000 to 100,000 points. Is it worth it?
Usually, yes — a smaller balance is exactly where one wrong transfer hurts most. A one-way business award to Europe can price at 50,000 to 80,000 miles, and we’ll show you whether your balance gets there, how to top it up, or whether cash wins this time.
