Use the trip brief, message us on WhatsApp, email [email protected] or call (650) 477-6699. Where, when and how you like to travel is enough to start.
A Biirdee agent replies with hand-picked options, usually within 30–60 minutes and always within 24 hours, with every fare rule spelled out.
Work through the options with your dedicated travel concierge, using points, cash or a combination of both.
Approve the option you like and pay by card, bank transfer, Zelle or crypto. Seats, meals and any changes along the way are handled for you.

You see the full itinerary, fare rules and total price in writing before paying anything.
Within a day of paying you hold a 13-digit e-ticket number you can check on the airline’s own website.
Registration as a seller of travel in California does not constitute the state’s approval.
