We can arrange a charter with as little as 4 hours notice, but we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead for the widest choice of aircraft. For peak travel periods or a specific aircraft, book earlier.
It depends on the aircraft, the route and the dates. Charters through our desk start from about $10,000 for the smallest aircraft, light jets typically from $15,000 for a short flight, and long-range international trips from $50,000 to $150,000 and up. Your quote shows one all-in price for your trip.
Yes. Credit card points and airline miles can go toward a charter, alone or combined with cash. We will also tell you honestly when the same points would go further on a first-class flight.
Amenities vary by aircraft, but typically include comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, entertainment and full catering. We arrange your preferences with the operator, from special meals to ground transport.
Light jets typically seat 4 to 7 passengers, midsize jets 7 to 9, super-midsize 8 to 10, heavy jets 10 to 16, and ultra-long-range aircraft 12 to 19. We will help you choose the right size for your group and luggage.
A deposit secures the aircraft, and full payment is due before departure. Cancellation terms depend on the charter agreement and how close to departure you cancel; we set them out clearly in writing before you book.
