What incredible service. I'm so immensely grateful to our agent Jonathan and the team. We needed to urgently travel from London to Sydney with 2 days notice. Jonathan replied immediately with multiple flight options and great pricing. He was more than happy to make changes too and answer all of my questions and we had business class flights booked with Cathay Pacific within 2 hours! Not only that we had the exact seat selections we requested. The whole experience couldn't have been easier and the service and care were outstanding.
