“If the Aircraft Operator cancels or withdraws from a confirmed Charter Contract for reasons other than those set out in clause 5.4, AlbaJet shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to arrange a suitable alternative. Any material price difference will be communicated to the Customer for approval. If no suitable alternative can be found, or the Customer does not approve a material price difference, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the part of the Charter Price attributable to the unperformed Flight or flight sector, less any non-recoverable third-party costs reasonably incurred specifically for the affected trip before the inability to perform became known.”

Yes. AlbaJet’s own website offers empty-leg flights (checked 1 October 2026). Its empty legs are on a public list; to book, request a quote. Some sellers list no legs on a given day; the listing changes as the aircraft’s schedule does.
