In its own words

The pages we read do not state a certificate, who operates the flights, or what happens if a booked leg is changed or cancelled. That is not proof the company has no such terms: ask for them in writing before you pay.

What we saw: Says it shows 2,000+ operator-sourced empty legs daily to brokers and operators; free tier plus paid plans.

Questions

Avi-Go: empty leg questions

Yes, to brokers and operators. Avi-Go’s own website offers empty-leg flights (checked 1 October 2026). Its empty legs can be seen with a free account; brokers book on the platform. Some sellers list no legs on a given day; the listing changes as the aircraft’s schedule does.
Avi-Go is a trading platform, not an operator, and travelers do not book on it. A broker who books you a leg found there should name the operator and its certificate before you pay; a US air charter broker must (14 CFR 295.24).
Travelers do not contract with Avi-Go; a leg found there is sold to you by a broker, under the broker’s and the operator’s terms. Any empty leg depends on the trip that created it, so ask the broker when the leg becomes firm and get the cancellation and refund terms in writing before you pay.
Travelers cannot book on Avi-Go: its empty legs can be seen with a free account; brokers book on the platform. A charter broker can search it for you and should name the operator of any leg it offers.
