From our guides
Our take on Augustine Hotel, Prague
“Seven buildings around the 13th-century St Thomas monastery, where Augustinian friars still live next door: Czech Cubist-inspired interiors, a vaulted bar in the old refectory and the monastery's brewing heritage; the quieter Malá Strana rival to MO. Kempinski bought it in April 2026 and has run it without a brand since 1 April while it refurbishes every room and public space; it relaunches as a Kempinski in early 2027.”
