In its own words

The pages we read do not state a certificate, who operates the flights, or what happens if a booked leg is changed or cancelled. That is not proof the company has no such terms: ask for them in writing before you pay.

What we saw: FlyEasy-powered listing showed no legs when checked; fleet page describes owned plus affiliate aircraft.

Questions

Desert Jet: empty leg questions

Yes. Desert Jet’s own website offers empty-leg flights (checked 1 October 2026). Its empty legs are on a public list; to book, request a quote. Some sellers list no legs on a given day; the listing changes as the aircraft’s schedule does.
Desert Jet flies its own fleet, but the pages we read do not state its air operator certificate. Ask for the certificate before you pay; in the US you can check it against the FAA’s Part 135 list.
The pages we read say nothing about a booked leg being changed or cancelled, or about refunds. Any empty leg depends on the trip that created it, so ask Desert Jet when the leg becomes firm and get the cancellation and refund terms in writing before you pay.
Desert Jet lists or offers its empty legs at desertjet.com/charter/empty-legs. Its empty legs are on a public list; to book, request a quote.
