Questions

ValleyJet: empty leg questions

Yes. ValleyJet’s own website offers empty-leg flights (checked 1 October 2026). It has no public list; it offers matching legs after an enquiry; to book, request a quote. Some sellers list no legs on a given day; the listing changes as the aircraft’s schedule does.
ValleyJet does not fly the aircraft. On who does, its own pages say: “ValleyJet arranges flights on behalf of clients with FAR Part 135 direct air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. Flights will be operated by FAR Part 135 direct air carriers that have been certified to provide service for ValleyJet clients and that meet all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by ValleyJet.”
Its own terms say: “*All empty legs are valid subject to continued aircraft availability.” The pages we read say nothing about refunds; get them in writing before you pay.
