Biirdee · For Executive Assistants
Executive assistants use Biirdee to offload the parts of executive travel a booking portal cannot do: pricing long-haul business and first class across private channels, arranging private jet charters, and building detailed multi-city itineraries with the hotel, the car and the greeter attached.
You keep the brief and the approvals. We keep your principal's profile on file, price every trip across every channel, ticket only when you say so, and own the booking from then on, including at 2 a.m.

Most executives' real travel manager is their assistant, and most of that work is not booking; it is knowing. The aisle on the left, the no-red-eye-eastbound rule, the hotel floor, the passport that expires in March, the board meeting that decides the whole routing. A corporate booking tool holds none of it. Biirdee's desk is built to hold all of it, and to do the two things the tool does worst: price premium long-haul against consolidator contracts typically 30–70% below the published fare (the mechanism is in unpublished business class fares), and own the booking after ticketing, when the flight cancels and the queue forms.
The arrangement is simple. You send the brief in a WhatsApp thread or an email. Two or three options come back inside the hour, each with the airline, routing, fare rules and all-in price in writing. You choose or forward for approval. We ticket, dress the file, arrange the ground, and handle every change from there. The full playbook is in our executive assistant's guide to booking executive travel.
First trip: a short call or a message to set up the principal's profile (documents, cabin rules, seats and airlines, timing rules, hotels, ground, approvers, billing). Every trip after that: a six-line brief with the fixed points, the airports you will accept, the cabin and its floor, the budget, and the two or three rules that decide the routing. Quotes usually land in 30–60 minutes and always within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you confirm, and the confirmation, e-ticket number and record locator come to you the same day so you can verify the booking on the airline's own website.
Several assistants can share one desk, with one file per executive. The how it works page shows the same four steps for individual clients; the corporate travel page covers the company-level fit, including the honest cases where an enterprise travel platform is the better backbone for hundreds of domestic travelers.
Assistants usually have all four channels available. Here is the honest fit for each, from the EA's side of the desk:
| Need | Biirdee desk | Card concierge | Corporate portal | Yourself |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium long-haul price | Contracted fares, typically 30–70% below published | Published fares, occasionally card promotions | Published fares minus a small corporate discount, if any | Published fares |
| Knows the principal | Profile on file, same people each time | Different agent each call | A profile field, no judgment | You do, entirely |
| Complex multi-city or charter | Core strength, priced leg by leg | Limited to the issuer's inventory | Whatever the engine combines | Hours of your day |
| The 2 a.m. cancellation | Desk holds the file and rebooks, 24/7 | Call center queue | Support queue, fee per agent call | You, on hold |
| Policy, expense and duty-of-care tooling | No; documentation per engagement instead | No | Yes, that is the product | No |
| Best for | Executive, founder and leadership travel | Simple bookings on the card | Hundreds of routine domestic trips | Occasional simple trips |
Set up once, updated as things change, so a repeat booking takes one message. We hold it under our privacy policy and use it only to book and service the principal's travel.
Nothing beyond the fare. Biirdee charges no booking fee, no platform fee and no minimum, and requires no membership: the desk earns inside the discounted fare, and the price quoted is the price paid, taxes and carrier fees included. Hotels pay our commission out of the same rate you would pay direct; chauffeur and greeter quotes are all-in. Payment is by card (which keeps chargeback protection), bank transfer (recommended above $10,000 to avoid card fees), Zelle or cryptocurrency, and corporate points can cover part or all of some bookings. The checks any assistant should run on any agency, ours included, are on how our pricing works: accreditation, price and fare rules in writing before payment, an e-ticket you can verify the same day.
The honest limit: on US domestic economy and simple short trips the desk cannot beat what you book in the portal, and we will say so. Route the long-haul, the premium, the multi-city, the charter and the last-minute to us, and keep the rest where it is.
Everything the desk arranges around the flight, and the reading behind the corporate desk.
Yes. Executive assistants use concierge desks such as Biirdee to offload or streamline the parts of executive travel a booking portal handles worst: complex high-end trip planning, private jet charters and detailed corporate itineraries, and the servicing after ticketing. The assistant keeps the brief and the approvals; the desk does the pricing, the booking and the 2 a.m. rebooking.
Yes. You brief the desk, receive the options, obtain whatever approval your company requires and confirm; we ticket in the traveler's name and send you the e-ticket number and record locator the same day. Several assistants can share one desk with one profile per executive.
Yes, on the principal's profile, so a repeat booking takes one message and nothing is re-explained. We hold it under our privacy policy and use it only to book and service travel. You can ask us to update or remove it at any time.
Usually within 30–60 minutes and always within 24 hours for flights; two to four hours for complex multi-city and private jet requests. The average first reply on WhatsApp is under four minutes during business hours, as of September 2026.
The desk holds the file: the fare rules, the partner airlines the ticket can be reprotected onto, the hotel to warn. We confirm a new seat while the airline queue is still forming and message the traveler and you with the plan. Support and flight monitoring are 24/7 on concierge bookings. The trade-off, stated plainly: changes on contracted fares run through the desk rather than the airline's app.
Per engagement. Card payment with itemized documentation is standard; bank transfer is recommended above $10,000; invoices come per trip in the format your finance team asks for, agreed before the first booking. There is no platform fee, seat fee, minimum or contract.
Yes. Private charters from $10,000 with operator checks, deposit and payment handled; chauffeurs and airport meet & greet through vetted local operators, tied to the flight and coordinated by the same concierge. Hotels are booked at the direct rate with preferred-partner perks attached where the property offers them.
US domestic economy and simple short trips, where we cannot beat what you book yourself and will say so. We also do not guarantee hotel upgrades or early check-in: those are priority through partner programs, not promises.
