SWISS First Class (2026): Senses First on Boston and Seoul, First vs Business, and Every Route We Have Booked
The new SWISS Senses suites fly to two cities from Zurich, and the rest of the network flies the older cabin until about 2030. Where each one goes, and how our clients book it.

The Short Answer
SWISS's new first class, SWISS Senses First, flies only on the airline's new A350s, and the desk library's September 2026 list puts them on Zurich to Boston and Seoul; our schedule data marks Seoul as seasonal. That makes Boston the only US city with Senses First.
Everywhere else, SWISS flies its older cabins, and the desk expects most of the network to keep them until about 2030. Our desk has ticketed that earlier first class on Zurich flights to Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco and Dubai; our own flight records show the 777-300ER on Los Angeles. SWISS serves eight US airports in our schedule data, and first class has not yet appeared in our tickets from Newark, Washington Dulles, New York JFK and Chicago, so confirm the aircraft there.
In our ledger SWISS First is a cash product: all 14 SWISS first class tickets our desk issued between November 2024 and September 2026 were paid fares, not awards. That is the opposite of Lufthansa, its sister airline, whose first class our desk books overwhelmingly with Miles & More.

Booking SWISS First
Plan on a fare. Every SWISS first class ticket in our ledger was paid for; the published fare is the ceiling, and negotiated fares typically land below it. Send dates and we quote both.
If you hold Miles & More miles, check them anyway. Since June 2025 the program has priced SWISS-operated awards dynamically, with the miles tracking the cash fare and heavy carrier surcharges on top, so the award only makes sense when the fare is low. The Traps We Steer Clients Around
The aircraft. Senses First is on the new A350s only; an older aircraft on the same route means the older first class, and the older business behind it. Check the seat map at booking and again before departure.
Seoul is seasonal. Our schedule data marks Zurich–Seoul as a seasonal route, so the Senses First option to Asia is not year-round.
The first Schengen stop. The EU Entry/Exit System registers visitors at the first Schengen airport they touch, which on a SWISS connection is Zurich. The desk builds 60 to 90 minutes more into any itinerary whose first Schengen stop is a connection.
Where These Numbers Come From
Every route in these tables is checked against the schedule snapshot behind our route pages, so a route appears only if the airline flies it; distance and flight time are the same estimates those pages use. The evidence column says how we know first class is on it: "Desk library" is Biirdee's own carrier and aircraft reference, updated September 2026; "Ticketed by Biirdee" means our desk has issued first class tickets on that airline there between November 2024 and September 2026; "Award scan" means our award scanners have seen first class seats released on it; "Fare scan" means our fare scans have priced a first class fare on the nonstop.
