Dorchester Collection Prices: Every Hotel, Month by Month

How much does a night at a Dorchester Collection hotel cost? More than at any other brand we could price. On our same-dates checks, the median lowest rate across the collection was $1,446 a night for 10–13 November 2026, $2,000 for 12–15 March 2027 and $1,667 for 15–18 July 2027. Those are the highest medians of the eleven luxury brands we could price on all three stays: the next-highest were Maybourne in November ($1,240) and July ($1,438) and One&Only in March ($1,320).

The collection is small, ten hotels in London, Ascot, Paris, Rome, Milan, Los Angeles and Dubai, and its prices fall into two tiers: The Lana in Dubai and the Principe di Savoia in Milan, which priced from about $500 a night, and the rest, which never priced below $1,100 on our checks. This page puts a figure on every hotel, every month and every add-on. For what each hotel is like, see our Dorchester Collection guide and the full hotels list.

Dorchester Collection Prices in Brief

  • The priciest brand on our numbers: a median lowest rate of $1,446 (Nov), $2,000 (Mar) and $1,667 (Jul), against $1,240, $1,144 and $1,438 at Maybourne and $838, $806 and $789 at Four Seasons on the same stays.
  • Two price tiers: The Lana ran $508–1,018 a night on our four stays and the Principe di Savoia $554 in November; the rest ran from $1,131 (Hotel Eden at New Year) to $2,693 (Plaza Athénée at New Year).
  • No hotel's cheapest rate included breakfast on any of our stays. Where the same room was sold both ways, breakfast for two added a median $79–89 a night, from $51 at the Principe di Savoia to $194 at The Lana in November.
  • Free cancellation added a median 2–25%: nothing at The Dorchester, 36% at Hotel Eden on all four stays.
  • The month matters most in Paris: Plaza Athénée ran from $1,469 (November) to $2,659 (June) for a midweek night, Le Meurice from $1,278 (December) to $2,467 (June). The Beverly Hills Hotel stayed within $1,236–1,530 in every month with rooms.
  • Three hotels are hard to book through our engine: Coworth Park had no rooms on our engine in any month, and 45 Park Lane and the Principe di Savoia only in November and December.

How We Priced the Ten Hotels

On 1 October 2026 we priced the same stays at every Dorchester Collection hotel through our own booking engine (the one behind hotels.biirdee.com): 10–13 Nov 2026, 27–30 Dec 2026, 12–15 Mar 2027 and 15–18 Jul 2027, two adults, lowest rate per night. We also priced a two-night midweek stay (Tuesday to Thursday of the third week) in every month from November 2026 to October 2027. Rates are what the engine charged that day; taxes the hotel collects at checkout are extra, and we show them separately below. "No rooms" means nothing was bookable on our engine for those dates: sold out, closed or not sold through us.

Guest scores are our own: the mean of the 100 most recent verified reviews at each hotel on our booking platform, out of 10, with the share scoring 9 or more and the share under 7. † marks an older review window (one that starts before June 2024). In the cross-brand table, rates and scores for Capella, One&Only and Waldorf Astoria were pulled on 3 October 2026; everything else on this page on 1 October 2026.

The Priciest Brand We Track

We price thirteen luxury brands the same way, and the table below sets Dorchester Collection beside the other twelve. On each of the three stays it carries the highest median lowest rate: $1,446 in November, $2,000 in March and $1,667 in July. Maybourne comes closest in November and July; in March the nearest is One&Only, at $1,320. Our full head-to-head is in Maybourne vs Dorchester Collection.

How Thirteen Luxury Brands Compare on Our Numbers

Our own numbers: the 100 most recent verified reviews at every hotel with enough of them on our booking platform, the Forbes Travel Guide 2026 ratings, and the lowest rate per night on the same three stays (10–13 Nov 2026, 12–15 Mar 2027, 15–18 Jul 2027) at every hotel each brand had on sale. Ten brands were pulled on 1 October 2026; the three marked * (Capella, One&Only and Waldorf Astoria) on 3 October 2026. Aman and Cheval Blanc sell too few rooms online to score. "Not comparable" means the brand's breakfast and room-only rates were sold as different packages, so the gap is not what breakfast costs.

Price and satisfaction do not move together here. Dorchester Collection's recent guest score, 9.14 across its three hotels with a recent review window, ties Rosewood, and 10.7% of those guests scored a stay under 7, a larger share than at every brand above it in the table. That figure rests on three Paris and London hotels; over the long run on our platform the collection does better, with 4 of its 7 rated hotels averaging 9.5 or more and none below 9.0. Breakfast is the one add-on that is cheap here: $79–89 a night for two, against $161–225 at Rosewood.

Reading the Extremes

With ten hotels, a top ten and a bottom ten would be the same list, so we show four of each. The gap between the tiers is wide. The Lana, the collection's Dubai hotel, priced at $508–579 a night on three of our stays and $1,018 at New Year; the Principe di Savoia was $554 in November and had no rooms on our engine on the other stays. Hotel Eden in Rome is the cheapest of the rest at $1,131–1,375. 45 Park Lane ranks fourth on the strength of a single stay: of these three, it had rooms only in November.

At the top, the two Paris palaces and the two Los Angeles hotels trade places by date. In November all four priced between $1,423 and $1,468. In March the Los Angeles pair jumped to $2,472–2,551 on our test stay, which ran Friday to Monday; the same hotels cost $1,237–1,293 for a midweek stay that month. Paris peaked over New Year, when Plaza Athénée reached $2,693 and Le Meurice $2,467.

Every one of the ten holds MICHELIN Keys in 2026, and the four with Three Keys (Le Meurice, Plaza Athénée, the Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air) are also the four highest-priced on our dates. The best value on our numbers is away from the flagships: Hotel Eden pairs a Forbes Five-Star rating with the lowest rates outside Milan and Dubai, and The Lana scored 9.63 (on only 38 recent reviews) at $508–1,018 a night on our stays.

When to Go

Across the collection, high summer is the dear season: the median midweek rate peaked in July ($1,530), with August ($1,503) and June ($1,482) close behind. January looks cheapest ($1,205), but The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and the Principe di Savoia had no rooms on our engine that month, so the median rests on a different, smaller mix of hotels. Among the six hotels with rooms in at least ten months, December was the cheapest month at two (Le Meurice and Hotel Eden), and November, January, May and August at one each.

Hotel by hotel, the pattern is clear. In Paris, the value months are November, February to April and August, plus December at Le Meurice; June, September and January are the dear ones: Plaza Athénée ran from $1,469 in November to $2,659 in June, and Le Meurice from $1,278 in December to $2,467 in June. The Dorchester is cheapest in March ($1,315) and dearest in November ($1,944). Hotel Eden barely moves ($1,100–1,482 in the ten months it had rooms). In Los Angeles, January to June is the window: the Beverly Hills Hotel bottoms out in May ($1,236) and Hotel Bel-Air in January ($1,142), and both peak in July. The Lana is cheapest from May to September ($478) and dearest in January ($636).

Hotels With No Rooms in Some Months

Several hotels were missing from our engine for long stretches. Coworth Park, the country house in Ascot, had no rooms on any of our four stays or in any month of the calendar. 45 Park Lane and the Principe di Savoia had rooms only in November and December 2026; The Dorchester had none in January and February 2027; Hotel Eden none in September 2027; and no hotel had anything bookable for October 2027, a year out when we checked.

"No rooms" on our engine does not mean the hotel is closed. It means nothing was bookable through us that day: the hotel was sold out, had not loaded those dates, or was selling them only through its own reservations team and partners. For those hotels and months, a rate comes from a request rather than a search, and we can make that request for you.

What Breakfast Adds

None of the ten hotels' cheapest rates included breakfast on any of our four stays. Where a hotel sold the same room, on the same cancellation terms, with and without breakfast, adding breakfast for two cost a median $79 a night in November, $89 at New Year, $88 in March and $84 in July. For hotels charging $1,400 and up for the room, that is a small add-on.

The hotel decides the rest. Breakfast added $51 at the Principe di Savoia and $66–68 at 45 Park Lane, $78–79 at The Dorchester, $79–94 at the two Paris palaces, $134–137 at Hotel Eden, and $86–194 at The Lana, where the November figure was more than double the others. Our engine sold no breakfast rate at all at the Beverly Hills Hotel or Hotel Bel-Air on any of our stays: every rate there was room only.

What Free Cancellation Adds

Where a hotel sold the same room both ways, the refundable rate cost a median 8% more than the non-refundable one in November, 2% at New Year, 25% in March and 18% in July (the March figure rests on just three hotels). Hotel by hotel it ranges from nothing to 36%. At The Dorchester flexibility was free on the two stays where we could compare, and the cheapest November rate was already refundable. Hotel Bel-Air's cheapest rate was refundable on all four stays. Le Meurice and Plaza Athénée charged 18% in November and July; the Beverly Hills Hotel 9–12%; The Lana 0–25%; and Hotel Eden 36% on every stay.

Watch 45 Park Lane: on our November and New Year stays the only refundable option was the London Balcony Suite, at $4,015 and $4,288 a night, against $1,522 and $1,660 for a non-refundable Studio. If your dates are fixed, the non-refundable rate is a real saving there and at Hotel Eden; elsewhere in the collection, flexibility is often cheap enough to keep.

What Suites Cost

The cheapest suite cost a median 1.36x to 1.58x the cheapest room across our four stays, and the top category on sale 3.7 to 4.5 times as much. The entry suites are within reach in Milan and Dubai: a Junior Suite at the Principe di Savoia was $998 in November, and a Marina Junior Suite at The Lana $1,051. At Hotel Eden a Junior Suite ran $1,587–1,808. In London and Paris the step is steeper: The Dorchester's Junior Suite was $1,933 in March and $3,056 in November, and the Junior Suites at Le Meurice and Plaza Athénée cost $2,179–4,025. In Los Angeles the Beverly Hills Hotel's bungalow rooms started at $1,820 and Hotel Bel-Air's Junior Suite at $2,061.

At the very top, the dearest keys on our dates were at The Dorchester (a park-view Deluxe King suite, with breakfast, at $9,978 a night over New Year), Plaza Athénée (the Prestige Suite with an avenue Montaigne view and balcony, $9,788 at New Year; the Eiffel Suite, $9,482 in November), Le Meurice (the Prestige Suite with an Eiffel view, $9,119) and The Lana (the Marina Terrace Suite, $8,940).

The rates on this page leave the checkout line out, and at most of these hotels it is not small. In Los Angeles our engine showed about $198–375 a night at the Beverly Hills Hotel and up to about $255 at Hotel Bel-Air; at The Dorchester about $259–314 on three of our four stays; in Paris about $36 on the March rates and $269–302 over New Year. The Lana showed about $5. Ask for the all-in price before you compare hotels.

What Our Clients Actually Book

Our desk's recent Dorchester Collection bookings were at Hôtel Plaza Athénée (in June), the Hotel Principe di Savoia (in July, at about $780 a night) and The Beverly Hills Hotel (in September, at about $1,500 a night). All were short stays of one to two nights.

How to Pay Less at Dorchester Collection

Pick the month. In Paris the difference is large: a midweek night at Plaza Athénée cost $1,469 in November and $2,659 in June, and Le Meurice $1,278 in December and $2,467 in June. In Los Angeles book January to June rather than July and August, and at The Dorchester aim for March ($1,315) rather than November ($1,944).

Pick the hotel. If the trip allows it, Hotel Eden in Rome ran $1,100–1,482 midweek in every month it had rooms, with a Forbes Five-Star rating, and The Lana $478–636. Within a city the sister hotels price differently on the same night: on our calendar Le Meurice was cheaper than Plaza Athénée in all eleven months both had rooms.

Decide on flexibility deliberately. Free cancellation cost nothing at The Dorchester and 36% at Hotel Eden; ask for both prices, and at 45 Park Lane check whether a refundable rate exists on your dates at all.

Book through an advisor. A Dorchester Diamond Club booking through Biirdee adds a property credit (typically $100 or more where the programme offers one), upgrade priority, early check-in and late check-out priority, VIP recognition and our WhatsApp concierge, plus daily breakfast where the rate does not already include it. We also request rooms at the hotels and months our engine cannot show.

Dorchester Collection Price FAQs

How much does a Dorchester Collection hotel cost per night?

On our 1 October 2026 check, the median lowest rate across the hotels with rooms was $1,446 a night for 10–13 November 2026, $1,504 over New Year, $2,000 for 12–15 March 2027 and $1,667 for 15–18 July 2027. The range ran from $508 (The Lana in July) to $2,693 (Plaza Athénée at New Year). Taxes collected at the hotel are extra.

Is Dorchester Collection more expensive than other luxury brands?

Yes, on our numbers it is the most expensive of the eleven brands we could price on all three of our main stays. Its median lowest rate was $1,446 (Nov), $2,000 (Mar) and $1,667 (Jul), against $1,240, $1,144 and $1,438 at Maybourne, $1,223, $1,320 and $1,414 at One&Only and $838, $806 and $789 at Four Seasons.

What is the cheapest Dorchester Collection hotel?

The Lana in Dubai: $508–1,018 a night on our four stays and $478–636 midweek on our calendar. The Principe di Savoia in Milan was $554 in November but had no rooms on our engine after December. Of the rest, Hotel Eden in Rome is the cheapest, at $1,100–1,482 midweek.

When is Dorchester Collection cheapest?

It depends on the city. The Paris hotels are cheapest in November and December and dearest in June; The Dorchester is cheapest in March; the Los Angeles pair are cheapest from January to June and dearest in July; The Lana is cheapest from May to September. Across the collection, the median midweek rate peaked in July at $1,530.

Does Dorchester Collection include breakfast?

Not in the cheapest rate: none of the ten hotels included it on any of our four stays. Where the same room was sold both ways, breakfast for two added a median $79–89 a night, from $51 at the Principe di Savoia to $194 at The Lana in November. The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air sold only room-only rates through our engine. A Dorchester Diamond Club booking through Biirdee adds daily breakfast where the rate does not include it.

Are taxes included in Dorchester Collection rates?

Not always. Our engine showed taxes collected at the hotel of about $198–375 a night at the Beverly Hills Hotel, about $259–314 at The Dorchester on three of our stays and up to about $302 at Plaza Athénée over New Year, against about $5 at The Lana. Ask for the all-in price.

What Biirdee Does

A concierge travel agency: paid by the hotel, never by you

Biirdee Travel books luxury hotels through preferred-partner programs: you pay the same rate as booking direct, the partner benefits attach to your reservation, and a human concierge handles the details end to end.

  1. Tell us the trip

Destination or property, rough dates, who’s traveling. The form takes two minutes and commits you to nothing.

  2. A concierge replies within hours

A real person checks availability, compares properties honestly, and confirms the perks your stay qualifies for: upgrades, breakfast, and credits where available.

  3. Book at the same rate as direct

The hotel pays our commission out of the rate you’d pay anyway, so the perks cost you nothing. Before and during the trip, one concierge on WhatsApp handles requests and changes.

Flying too? The same team books business and first class: flights and hotels aligned as one itinerary, one point of contact.
