One&Only Reethi Rah: Rates, Villas & How to Book
Forty-four hectares, twelve private beaches, one helipad — the resort that made the Maldives a status destination.

Reethi Rah is the One&Only portfolio's crown jewel and the Maldives' most famous address — the island where football royalty, actual royalty and the Instagram aristocracy overlap each festive season. The scale is the point: 44 hectares (most Maldivian islands are a tenth of that), twelve distinct beaches, and only ~130 villas, so the density is closer to a private estate than a resort.
It's 45 minutes from Malé by the resort's yacht or 15 by seaplane. Rates tell the season: roughly $2,250 entry in the May–September monsoon shoulder, $3,500–4,500 in the December–April high season, and $6,000+ with multi-night minimums over Christmas and New Year — when the island books out by early autumn.
Booking Reethi Rah Well
- Beach Villas are the brand's best product — the Water Villas are excellent but the beaches are what no rival island can match. Grand Beach Villas with pools are the sweet spot.
- May–September brings brief afternoon rain and 35–45% savings; the diving and the island are the same.
- Festive (Dec 20–Jan 5) requires booking 9–12 months out and carries minimum stays — we hold space early for clients.
- No loyalty program exists, so the booking channel decides your perks: concierge bookings add breakfast, a resort credit and upgrade priority at the same rate.
- Half-board adds value here — the island's restaurants are priced à la carte at Mayfair levels.
Reethi Rah FAQs
How much is One&Only Reethi Rah per night?
From ~$2,250 in low season to $3,500–4,500 in high season, and $6,000+ at festive with minimum stays. Transfers (yacht or seaplane) are charged separately.
Beach villa or water villa?
Beach — Reethi Rah's twelve beaches are its unfair advantage, and the beach villas' gardens give privacy water villas can't. Choose a water villa only if overwater sleeping is the trip's point.
Reethi Rah or Cheval Blanc Randheli?
Reethi Rah for scale, beaches and the social scene; Randheli for design intimacy and dining. Families and groups suit Reethi Rah; couples chasing quiet suit Randheli.
What Biirdee Does
A concierge travel agency — paid by the hotel, never by you
Biirdee Travel books luxury hotels through preferred-partner programs: you pay the same rate as booking direct, the partner benefits attach to your reservation, and a human concierge handles the details end to end.
Tell us the trip
Destination or property, rough dates, who’s traveling. The form takes two minutes and commits you to nothing.
A concierge replies within hours
A real person checks availability, compares properties honestly, and confirms the perks your stay qualifies for — upgrades, breakfast, and credits where available.
Book at the same rate as direct
The hotel pays our commission out of the rate you’d pay anyway, so the perks cost you nothing. Before and during the trip, one concierge on WhatsApp handles requests and changes.
Flying too? The same team books business and first class — flights and hotels aligned as one itinerary, one point of contact.
