One&Only does one thing: destination resorts where the resort is the destination. No business hotels, no airport properties — fourteen addresses chosen for geography first, from a 44-hectare Maldivian island (Reethi Rah) to the original 1956 Palmilla estate in Los Cabos to a gorilla-trekking lodge in Rwanda. The brand belongs to Kerzner International, and its current chapter is a pivot west: One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana (November 2025) was simultaneously the brand's first US property and first ski resort, with Hudson Valley and Courchevel to follow.
Worth knowing before you search old lists: Wolgan Valley (Australia) and Desaru Coast (Malaysia) have both left the brand — the latter is now a Mandarin Oriental.

Booking One&Only Without a Loyalty Program
Kerzner runs no points scheme for One&Only — Atlantis's casino-style program is a separate world — so the channel decides what your stay includes. Booked through Biirdee's preferred partnerships, a One&Only stay carries daily breakfast, a property credit (typically $100+), upgrade priority and VIP recognition at the same rate as the brand's own site. At Reethi Rah's tariffs, the included breakfast alone is a ~$150/day item.
Season selection is the other half of the value: the Maldives and Dubai discount hard May–September, Cape Town's "low" season (their winter) is green-season beautiful, and festive weeks everywhere book out 9–12 months ahead. The pipeline — Antigua (~2027), Hudson Valley (~2028), Fiji and Courchevel beyond — is worth tracking if you collect openings; soft-opening rates at Moonlight Basin were ~30% under year-one pricing.

How many One&Only resorts are there?
Fourteen as of June 2026. Note two departures from older lists: Wolgan Valley (Australia) is becoming a Ritz-Carlton lodge, and Desaru Coast (Malaysia) reopened in February 2026 as a Mandarin Oriental.
Does One&Only have a loyalty program?
No — no points, no club, and no Kerzner cross-brand program. Benefits come exclusively from how you book: preferred-partner and concierge channels add breakfast, credits and upgrade priority at the direct rate.
What is the best One&Only resort?
Reethi Rah is the flagship and the fame magnet. Palmilla is the most complete resort; Mandarina the design statement; Kea Island the smart-money Mediterranean pick; Moonlight Basin the new ski toy.
Is One&Only more expensive than Four Seasons?
