The Peninsula is the smallest of the big city-hotel brands and, on our numbers, the most consistent of them. Across the 900 most recent reviews at its nine hotels with enough of them, guests averaged 9.26 out of 10 and only 6.1% scored a stay under 7, against 6.9% at Mandarin Oriental and 8.2% at Four Seasons. Eight of the twelve hotels are Forbes Five-Star in 2026.
