Business class flights to Krabi land at Krabi International (KBV), about 14 km east of Krabi Town: about 40 minutes by road to the Ao Nang beachfront, longer again to the Klong Muang and Tubkaek resorts, and a longtail boat beyond that to Railay, which has no road access at all. Two Gulf carriers fly in nonstop — Etihad from Abu Dhabi in about 6h40m and flydubai from Dubai in about 6h35m — and that pair is what separates Krabi from most Thai island airports: from Europe or the Middle East you arrive on one connection rather than the usual long-haul-plus-Bangkok-plus-hop.
From Europe there is exactly one nonstop and it is a winter one. Scandinavian Airlines begins Copenhagen–Krabi on 9 December 2026, about 11h30m — the Nordic market has been flying to this coast for years. Everywhere else in Europe is a connection, and the routing that matters is the one that finishes nonstop: Abu Dhabi on Etihad, or Dubai on flydubai. Doha, Singapore and Bangkok all work too, but each adds a short flight after the long-haul rather than finishing nonstop. From North America nothing comes close to nonstop; plan on Dubai, Abu Dhabi or a Bangkok connection and roughly a full day of travel.
Within Asia, Krabi is a short hop. Nonstop from Dubai in about 6h35m, the other way into Krabi from outside Asia without a second flight. Business is a small 2-2 forward cabin on a 737 — flat beds on the MAX aircraft, a recliner on the older ones, so it is worth checking the equipment for your date — and flydubai and Emirates sell through at DXB on one ticket, so a Krabi trip can be one booking with your bags checked through.
The Krabi specialist: it flies Bangkok Suvarnabhumi–Krabi in about 1h20m, usually several times a day in the high season, and carries much of the regional feed into the airport. The aircraft are narrowbodies and the front cabin, where it is sold, is a domestic seat rather than a flat bed. The compensation is real, though — Bangkok Airways has long been unusual in offering lounge access to its own passengers at its boutique lounges, though eligibility now varies by airport and fare, so confirm it for your ticket.
Flies Bangkok–Krabi in about 1h20m and, more usefully, sells the long-haul into Bangkok and the Krabi sector on one ticket with your bags checked through. Treat the domestic leg as transport rather than the business class part of the trip — it is flown by narrowbodies and the seat up front is a recliner at best — and spend the money on the long-haul cabin instead.

Krabi runs on the Andaman calendar, not the Gulf of Thailand one. November through April is the dry season: calm sea, reliable ferries to Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lanta, and the prime climbing months on the Railay limestone from December to March. May through October is the southwest monsoon, when rain arrives in heavy bursts rather than all-day washouts, the sea gets choppy enough to thin out the boat schedules, and a fair number of Phi Phi and Lanta properties either close or run reduced service. That is also when premium cabins are at their softest.
The three hard peaks are Christmas through New Year, Chinese New Year — early February in 2027 — and Songkran on 13 to 15 April, when Thai domestic travel surges and the Bangkok hop becomes the scarce leg rather than the long-haul. Add the Nordic winter holidays, which is precisely what the Copenhagen nonstop is scheduled around. The genuinely soft windows we see are late April into May, the first half of June, and September and October for anyone willing to trade weather for price.

No — nothing flies London to Krabi nonstop. The cleanest routing is a single connection that finishes on one of the Krabi nonstops: Heathrow to Abu Dhabi on Etihad, or Heathrow to Dubai and then flydubai, which sells through with Emirates on one ticket. Qatar Airways via Doha and Bangkok is usually cheaper but adds a third flight. Airport to airport, allow around 16 hours with a tidy connection.

Fly in the May-to-October monsoon or the late-April and early-June shoulders, avoid Christmas, Chinese New Year and Songkran entirely, and price a Doha or Bangkok routing against the Gulf nonstops — the extra flight often saves more than it costs in time. Buying the long-haul in business and the 1h20m Bangkok–Krabi sector separately in economy is another honest saving on a sector with no flat bed anyway.
