Warsaw’s premium demand has two distinct engines. Monday-morning and Thursday-evening business traffic fills the European hops, which is why a midweek or Saturday departure from Frankfurt, London or Paris will usually price better than a Monday one. The long-haul cabins run on family travel instead: the Polish communities in Chicago, Toronto and London push June through August, the Christmas–New Year fortnight and Easter week to the top of the ranges above, and LOT’s 787 business cabins are small enough that those windows tend to firm up several months ahead.
January through early March is the softest stretch — Warsaw is cold and grey, retail sits at the bottom of the ranges and our sourced fares come in under it (Easter week is the exception when it falls early). Early November and the first half of December are the next-best value, and late April to early June and September are the sweet spot if you want mild weather without paying the summer premium. Outside the peaks, roughly two months of lead time is usually enough on the one-stop itineraries through Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam or Zurich, which almost always have business seats when the nonstops do not.
